TechWave Innovations, a rapidly expanding renewable energy company, is actively seeking a dedicated and organized Office Manager to ensure smooth operations at our County Offaly location. This is a full-time, on-site role that offers the opportunity to play an essential part in our day-to-day operations and contribute to our growth.

As an Office Manager, you will be the go-to person in our office, performing a variety of tasks to ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include overseeing administrative staff, managing office supplies, developing and implementing office policies and procedures, coordinating with IT department on all office equipment, and managing schedules to ensure deadlines are met.

Additionally, you will also be responsible for managing relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time. Your role will involve maintaining office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement. You will also be involved in organizing company events or conferences, ensuring these activities run smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in an office management role. Exceptional communication and organizational skills are a must, as well as a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Familiarity with office management software and a proactive approach to problem-solving are also key for success in this role.
