ProStar Dynamics, a globally recognized technology company, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and direct the routine functions of the HR department, including overseeing the recruitment process, designing company policies, and setting strategic goals for the organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy. This includes everything from talent acquisition and performance management to compensation and benefits and employee relations. The HR Manager will also play a key role in promoting our company values and ensuring our working environment remains inclusive and diverse.

The successful candidate must have a strong background in HR and a thorough understanding of HR principles and best practices. Excellent leadership skills and the ability to make important decisions in a fast-paced environment are also necessary. A degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred, along with a proven track record in a similar role.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in our head office. The compensation package will be commensurate with experience.
